Elegant Chicago History Museum Wedding by Haviland Events
We love all of the elegance in this Chicago History Museum wedding by Haviland Events! Photographed by Lindsey Kay Photography, the imagery shows us a wonderfully elegant wedding day with such classic black tie details! The bride is stunning in a classic gown with sweetheart neckline that features delicate lace and bead work on the bodice and skirt. Paired with a lovely chignon hairstyle and floor-length veil, her look is so perfectly classic! We love that the bridal bouquet by La Rue Floral is so textured and soft. The white and green colors are perfect for an elegant and romantic design, and we find more gorgeous floral arrangements accenting the ceremony altar, as well as on the reception tables as centerpieces. We love that the florals add such an elegant and romantic touch to the spaces! With a well groomed groom in classic black by her side, this bride’s Chicago wedding is full of the kind of classic elegance that’s sure to inspire. Enjoy!

Local Love: Jennifer & Marc at Salvatore's Ristorante
We met at the 12 Bars of Christmas Bar Crawl in Wrigleyville December 2008 (TBOX). I was supposed to babysit that night but the kids got sick and they cancelled at the last second. So I called my friend and she told me to come join them because they were hanging out with cute guys. Little did I know I would be meeting my future husband that day! Marc was unlike anyone I had ever met. He is from England so not only did his accent win me over but he was kind and thoughtful and really made me laugh. We believe it was fate that brought us together that night since neither of us were meant to be there. Even though we are from different countries and had different upbringings we still had the same core beliefs that kept us together all of these years.
