Tabitha!!! We could not have asked for a better person to bring our special even to life!!! We cannot recommend Tabitha enough. Our wedding was at the MCA in Chicago — on two different levels in three different spaces. Tabitha was super accommodating in making suggestions on how to manage the entertainment for the multiple spaces in a way that ensure our guests would be happy and in a way that offered us value. During the planning process we had specific requests which were always honored, but she also made great suggestions for playlists and genres of music based on our preferences. In the end — the wedding was a fantastic event — the dance floor was always crowded and everyone had a GREAT time; Tabitha definitely left the guests wanting more!. Two weeks later we are still getting complements specifically about Tabitha and her DJ abilities. We can confidently recommend her to you for your event.

He took time to understand both of us, so that he could provide great recommendations, and ultimately an amazing experience on our big night. His passion and expertise in music was clear every step of the way. Plus, Chris was more than accommodating in a somewhat challenging venue (multiple rooms, outside/inside space, etc.). He just made it all happen!

Have you ever wanted to go to a wedding where they DONT play the cheesy wedding music? I am talking a Casper and Cha Cha slide free experience. Are you looking for a DJ that WONT ask the crowd to make some noise or make cheesy one liners? Well look no further than Toast and Jams’ very own DJ Alli Klein. She is very personable and very easy to work with. We gave her a list of a bunch of songs we love and she made an epic playlist. She played banger after banger. The dance floor was full the whole night, every one was sweaty and no one wanted to leave. At the end of the night our guests chanted for an encore, and DJ Alli happily accepted. We are really happy we choose Toast and Jam and got to work with DJ Alli. Miami has DJ Khaled… Chicago has DJ Alli

Alli made our wedding so much fun! Both of us were on the dance floor almost the whole night — every time we tried to sit down, she’d put on another song SO GOOD we had to be out there. Her song selection was so close to our own tastes that it was spooky. At one point Alli pulled a deep Bön Iver cut that Mike loved but hadn’t heard in years. Multiple people asked Nathalie ​“did you make this playlist?” since the music playing felt so ​“us.” At the same time, she adjusted to the tastes and preferences of our guests as well, playing Toto’s ​“Africa” upon request and throwing on some Paul Simon when Nathalie’s uncles stepped out onto the dance floor. Overall, an A+ experience and one of the best parts of our wedding.

To this day, we STILL get nothing but amazing feedback on our wedding DJ, Norah with Toast&Jam. She absolutely KILLED it! She made the entire song selection process so easy and knew EXACTLY what we wanted played on our wedding day and what not to play. Besides being an amazing person.. she made the end of the night when she played her last song and started packing up. One of our guests started singing ​“wonder wall” and then everyone joined in. Instead of continuing to pack up, she got back on the DJ set and played wonder wall for everyone to sing to as our very last song of the night. This made our wedding that much more special!

Toast and Jam provided us with an awesome experience for our wedding. Norah, our DJ, worked with us on an intimate level to customize our experience to fit our exact vision. I wanted a DJ who could provide a broad range across Indie Rock, Classic Rock, Pop, and Hip Hop. What Norah created was a fun, balanced songlist that really hit on all levels. Our dance floor, as a result, was rocking all night long. I highly recommend Toast and Jam if you want a more eclectic wedding DJ experience, and not just your standard wedding DJ!
