We feel so lucky to have had Karin as our DJ. All of our guests were raving about her, saying she was the best DJ they had ever seen at any wedding. Karin worked with us to find the perfect first dance song, and helped us craft a perfect set of ceremony music. Most importantly, she absolutely killed the reception — everyone was dancing the entire night. We have never had more fun dancing in our entire life and have never seen so people of every age on the dance floor for so much of the evening. We are so happy we went with Toast & Jam for our wedding DJs — they were well worth it!

DJ Alli was phenomenal! From our first meeting to our big day, she was very fun and attentive. The play lists she put together for the cocktail hour and the reception were a true reflection of our personalities and our requests. Everyone we spoke to raved about the song choices and said how they didn’t want to stop dancing. We really loved the unique style of Toast and Jam. Its refreshing to have a DJ company that stays away from flashing lights and over played songs. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a unique and memorable wedding.

We can’t emphasize just how fantastic our experience with DJ Alli was! We chose Toast and Jam after my brother and sister in law used them for their wedding several years ago. We had only heard good things and that proved to be true. Alli was a huge help through the planning process. She helped us to form an outline of our reception, had fantastic suggestions and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. My husband and I literally gave her very little guidance (seriously, we had one song on our not to play list) yet she absolutely nailed it. Our dance floor was hopping the entire night and our friends and family have continued to tell us how much they loved the music. We cannot recommend Alli enough. On a side note, Alli was also kind enough to give us an extensive list of things to do in Maui after we mentioned we were going there on our honeymoon- not only is her music selection spot on, her travel suggestions were perfect too!

Emily A. was amazing! We had already heard from so many married friends that hiring Toast and Jam was one of the best wedding planning decisions they had made. From the jump, Emily assured us that our party would feel unique to us and she went above and beyond to give us and our guests the party of our lives. DJ Alli did an amazing job throughout the process of planning our wedding. She helped make planning easy, and when the day of the wedding came around we felt really comfortable knowing that she would be taking charge of our reception. She went the extra mile to include (at times) obscure versions of songs that we wanted for the reception so that everyone involved got to hear their special songs. Every single one of our 300+ guests was on the dance floor and we couldn’t have asked for a better dance party!

We searched many websites to choose our DJ and when we found Toast & Jam we knew they were it. Their website was the only one that published they had worked with Gay clientele & had great reviews and pictures of gay couples. It was important for us to use gay friendly vendors. Eric Anthony was our DJ and all we can say is WOW! From the moment we met him it was an instant connection. He just ​“got it”. He was so helpful through the entire process and we felt like we struck gold. He had tons of suggestions and made sure we were always on the same page. He took complete care of us the night of the wedding without being glued to our hip. His communication was clear, and he is a great listener. He is definitely you’re A‑Z DJ and a fabulous MC. Planning any wedding can be extremely stressful and the two things people always remember are the food and the music. While the food was great, the music was outstanding. We were able to give Shannon simple ​“do’s” and ​“don’t” and she masterfully put together a great evening for us. I would never hesitate to recommend Toast and Jam for any occasion. Of course Shannon would be my recommendation for the DJ but if the others are at least half as good, any event will be successful.

Emily did a stellar job DJ’ing our wedding and we could not be more impressed with our Toast and Jam experience. From our first meeting with Emily, where she attentively listened to us share our music tastes and asked plenty of questions to better understand our wedding vision, we knew the T & J was the right choice. She was full of ideas, suggestions and help that helped guide not just the music but also the whole event. She started off before the ceremony with soft instrumental songs then set the tone through cocktail hour and dinner with some fun yet unobtrusive favorites before kicking off the dance party with a medley of high energy jams from all decades and genres. Emily worked with the mood of the room and each song went perfectly with the feel of the moment. For days after our wedding, guests shared with us how much they enjoyed the music throughout the evening. Emily is professional and fun with a wide range of music knowledge and a great sense of timing. We recommend her and T & J 1000x over!
